Buying a kitchen can be a rewarding experience, but as with all major purchases it is always better that you make an informed decision. Try asking yourself some questions.

Why should I use a KBSA retail member?

KBSA retailers offer the consumer peace of mind, as all members are carefully vetted prior to admission and they must have been trading for at least two years in order to be considered for membership.
The high standards and strict monitoring applied by the KBSA to its members means that they are able to offer exceptionally comprehensive protection, free of charge, for consumers, in case of the member retailer ceasing to trade.

All members offer either a ConsumerCare Deposit Protection Scheme or a more comprehensive ConsumerCare Plus Scheme, which cover the deposit, advanced payments, work-in-progress, and a 6-year warranty.

Do you have a showroom where I can see your kitchens?

Yes we have a showroom in Walton Le Dale Preston Lancashire PR5 4QD please call 01772 324231 so that we can ensure that Darren Falkingham is available to deal with you personally.

Can you design my new kitchen?

Yes we can. We will arrange for a site visit where we will take complete measurements and discuss your requirements. Once we have finalised all details we will provide you with a detailed 3D drawing and quotation.

Who Will Manage My Project ?

With the experience of Darren Falkingham who can Organise your project from concept to completion, ensuring your project runs both to time and budget.

What Do I I Need To Do To Prepare For My Project ?

We can advise you from scratch or work on ideas you already have. We welcome you to bring photos you have taken of furniture you like or images from books and magazines to help us get a picture of the type of results you are looking for. Our designer Darren Falkingham is more than able to provide you with inspiration.

How Does The Payment Stututure Work ?

The initial consultation is free. After the consultation if you require an estimate of price we will get a quote and your project details together and contact you in the same week. The KBSA run a deposit protection scheme for customers purchasing from BB Home Design.

Am I under any obligation to you if you come to give a free estimate?

No. Your obligation starts when you sign a written contract.

How long will it take?

It obviously depends on the size and type of kitchen but you will be given a definite timescale with the price.
